
Ingredients
| Okra | 300g |
| Poatoes Medium | 3-4 |
| Onions sliced | 2 |
| Tomatoes chopped | 2 |
| Coconut milk | 100ml |
| Dried fish (maldive fish) | optional, few pieces |
| Salt | a pinch |
| Chilli powder | 1 tablespoon |
| Chilli flakes | 2 teaspoons |
| Turmeric Powder | 1 teaspoon |
| Curry leaves | 2 or 3 |
| Oil |
Method
Cut the okra into rings. Shallow fry the okra rings. Remove from the oil.

Cut the potatoes into square pieces. Fry the potatoes but not too much. Remove from the oil.

Add a bit of oil into a pan. Add onions and curry leaves and tomatoes. Fry until onions are golden in colour. Add the maldive fish if preferred.

Add the fried okra, potatoes. Add coconut milk along with chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
Cook for about 4-5 minutes.
Add chilli flakes.
