
Pink Salmon is one my favourite fish types and it has many amazing health benefits. I hope you will like this easy but tasty Garlic Butter Baked Salmon recipe.

| Pink Salmon Fillets | 360g |
| Minced Garlic | 4 cloves |
| Melted Butter | 60g |
| Pepper | 1 teaspoon |
| Chilli Powder | 1 tablespoon |
| Salt | a pinch |
| Lemon | 1 |
| Onions Sliced | 1 |
| Chilli Flakes | To taste |
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C or 400°F.
- Marinade the salmon with minced garlic, melted butter, pepper, chilli powder, salt and lemon and leave for about 10 minutes.
- Lay a foil sheet on a tray and apply oil or butter on the sheet. Place the marinade salmon and place the tray. Put the sliced onions on top of the salmon. Place the tray in the oven.
- Cook for around 15-20 minutes. If you are cooking from frozen, cook it for around 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chilli flakes.

Marinade the salmon with minced garlic, melted butter, pepper, chilli powder, salt and lemon and leave for about 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and garnish with chilli flakes.
