This Sri Lankan-Chinese fusion dish is very easy to make and scrumptious. This goes very well with vegetable fried rice and even with plain rice. I always use jumbo king prawns as they are succulent.

Ingredients
| Prawns | 500g |
| Onions diced | 3 |
| Bell pepper | 2 |
| Tomatoes diced | 3 |
| Ginger chopped | 1 teaspoon |
| Chilli powder | 1-2 tablespoons |
| Salt | A pinch |
| Soy sauce | 2 tablespoons |
| Sriracha sauce | 2 tablespoons |
| Chilli flakes | 1 tablespoon |
| Corn flour | 2 tablespoons |
| Oil |
Method
Heat the oil. Add prawns and fry for about 5-7 minutes.

Add chopped ginger, onions, tomatoes and bell pepper. Fry for 2-3 minutes.




Add salt, soy sauce and sriracha sauce.
Mix the corn flour with a cup of water and add to the devilled prawns.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes and add chilli flakes.
