
Ingredients
| Coconut milk | 400ml |
| Biriyani masala | 1 tablespoon |
| Onions chopped | 1-2 |
| Green chillies chopped | 2-3 |
| Chilli powder | 1 tablespoon |
| Turmeric powder | 1 teaspoon |
| Ginger garlic paste | 1 tablespoon |
| Ghee/ Oil | 1 tablespoon |
Blend chopped onions and green chillies and make a thick paste.
Heat the oil and add the ginger garlic paste and the onion paste. Fry for about 3 – 4 minutes.
Now add the coconut milk. Add biriyani masala, chilli powder and turmeric powder. Let it cook for 10 -15 minutes in low heat.
Serve with Biriyani or Kottu and Enjoy !!
